A couple nights ago I finished grinding down the welds on Lucy’s valance patch and then laid down some layers of Bondo. Last night I rolled her front up the ramps, got out my straight line sander and went through about ten feet of sandpaper. It’s not perfect, but for the location, it’ll do. I shot a couple coats of gray primer followed by a light coat of BRIGHT RED – the closest rattle-can color available. The second and third coats will have to wait until I make another trip to Pep Boys.

Bondo On, Bondo Off
A couple nights ago I finished grinding down the welds on Lucy’s valance patch and then laid down some layers of Bondo. Last night I rolled her front up the ramps, got out my straight line sander and went through about ten feet of sandpaper. It’s not perfect, but for the location, it’ll do.
